Samantha Arroyos

Samantha Arroyos serves as a Partner with SERVE2PERFORM. Samantha has worked for SERVE2PERFORM since she was a young adult. Samantha has grown up in this firm and knows nothing more for her life than a life full of serving. Samantha has executive coaching experience with executives from Fortune 500 companies as well as local non-profit organizations.

Samantha specializes in Transformation Adoption coaching and development and thrives in the areas of Diversity and Inclusion as well. In her free time, Samantha enjoys spending time with her family and friends, serving as Chairwoman of the Ozark Literacy Council Board and a member of the Washington County Civil Rights Commission. Samantha also enjoys adventuring through Northwest Arkansas and enjoys experiencing new cultures.

Samantha’s outlook on Diversity and Inclusion is so refreshing. It’s so nice to hear someone from the younger generations be so bought in to what they are doing. This program is designed to provide participants with a 360 degree view of their own Unconscious Biases as well as how to support an inclusive culture for their team and organization. Participants will receive individual or group coaching sessions, a group or team-based roundtable session, and ultimately walk away with an individual customized action plan based on their discovery.

Inclusion and Engagement Coaching

Includes pre-work. Participants will be asked to complete 3 surveys on Age, Gender, and Race using a widely distributed Harvard tool that is the industry standard for assessing unconscious bias.
