Raymond Arroyo

Raymond Arroyo serves on the Board of Advisors for SERVE2PERFORM. Raymond’s background includes more than 25 years of experience with Fortune 100 companies as a senior executive in both human resources and business roles. He is also the Managing Partner and co-owner of the Latino Business Speakers Bureau. Raymond was recognized as one of the 100 Most Influential Hispanic executives in the U.S. for two consecutive years and as a Maestro by Latino Leaders Magazine in 2017. Raymond currently serves as a Managing Partner of Chapman Farrell Group.

Raymond also serves as an Overseer for The Bushnell Center for the Performing Arts and the Director of Community Development and pro-bono initiatives for the Expert Witness Exchange.

Raymond has served on many non-profit boards, including the U.S. Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, where he was the Chairman and the Wheeler Clinic, where he served as the Chairman of the Finance Committee. He also served on the National Hispanic Medical Association, the University of Hartford, and the Hispanic Association of Colleges and Universities. Service has always been at the forefront of Raymond’s work and it is an honor to have him on our Board of Advisors.

Raymond has been a SERVE2PERFORM champion from the very beginning. He was one of our first Brand Ambassadors and now serves on our Board of Advisors! He is strongly committed to our company’s principles as we are so grateful for his insight and advisory.
