Carol Silva Moralez serves as a Senior Associate for SERVE2PERFORM. In her role, she serves as an S2P Certified executive coach and facilitator.
Carol has extensive experience in business development and leadership coaching. She worked for Walmart for over twenty years before starting her journey here at SERVE2PERFORM. Carol SERVE2PERFORMS by activating other's talent and serving her community through board service.
Outside of SERVE2PERFORM, Carol is a servant-hearted mother and wife for her beautiful family. Carol’s welcoming spirit and high-energy personality has enabled her success at S2P and we are so thankful to have her thought leadership on our team

Social Capital
This program is designed to teach participants how to acquire, grow, sustain and leverage social capital by building a strong network of relationships. Participants will learn that social capital is an important source of influence that enables them to function effectively in any environment.
Non-Positional Influence
Participants will learn how to acquire the most effective and long-lasting form of influence. They will earn the ability to influence those around them utilizing their earned currency that comes from social relationships to open new doors to thought, capacity, and growth. Non-Positional Influence is not in your title, it’s in you.

This program is designed to help participants determine how natural tendencies can enable or impede their performance. Participants will learn how to manage and mitigate unconscious biases and to recognize their strengths and challenges to ensure performance potential is not limited.

When we engage our higher purpose, we experience a level of satisfaction and engagement that other motivations cannot match. This program is designed to help participants grasp how purpose is the driving force that shapes and influences judgment calls and responsible decision-making.

This program is designed to help participants discover how to create and cast an inspiring vision that promotes positive energy, celebrates leadership, embraces a culture of inclusion, and thrives on an intrinsic motivation.
Transformation Adoption Mentor Certification
In this training and certification program, the Transformation Adoption Mentors (TAMs) participate in in-person or virtual pre-work, training, post-work, continual development, on-going coaching, and assessment review to develop in Non-Positional Influence, Self Awareness, and Mentoring skills to support and contribute to the Transformation Adoption process within your organization.

Service Empowered Advanced Leadership Mentor Certification
SERVE2PERFORM's Mentor Certification program provides leaders with training, a methodology, a structure, and tools designed for the mentee to gain valuable knowledge and for the mentor to gain valuable experience. All serve2perform Certified Mentors complete an annual recertification program to gain new mentoring techniques, trends, best practices, resources and tools.

This program is designed to develop leaders who demonstrate a capacity and agility to expand and grow at higher levels of performance. Participants will engage in learning the concepts of organizational leadership, influence and performance using the PerformanceGPA® Book, Assessment and Participant Guide reference materials.

NegotiationS2P
This program is designed to equip participants with the capacity to effectively negotiate using SERVE2PERFORM's 4 P's of Persuasion model: Position, Prepare, Prime and Persuade.
Inclusion and Engagement Discovery
S2P's inclusion and engagement portfolio includes a 60 day period to conduct 1:1 interviews with c-suite executives and senior leaders, host discovery roundtable sessions, analyze the data, generate the insights, and create a roadmap to share with executive advisors and sponsors to include the applicable deliverables. Some examples are the following: business case training, strategic plan development, unconscious bias coaching circles, employee/business resource group leader training and coaching, and training on performance capacity plans that connect diversity and inclusion with business goals.
Unconscious Bias Immersion Program
This program is designed to provide participants with a 360 degree view of their own Unconscious Biases as well as how to support an inclusive culture for their team and organization. Participants will receive individual or group coaching sessions, a group or team-based roundtable session, and ultimately walk away with an individual customized action plan based on their discovery.
Inclusion and Engagement Coaching
Includes pre-work. Participants will be asked to complete 3 surveys on Age, Gender, and Race using a widely distributed Harvard tool that is the industry standard for assessing unconscious bias. Designed for a one individual, this session led by a SERVE2PERFORM certified executive coach, will help guide you as you explore your individual unconscious bias and create an action plan that will include at least one thing you will do differently and at least one think you will do to foster inclusion.

Module 7 of SERVE2PERFORM's Service Based Leadership Immersion
This program is designed to help participants achieve speed and efficiency through strategic planning. Having a sense of urgency has direct implications for the performance of individuals and organizations, regardless of their industry.
Executive Presence
This program is designed to help participants develop the personality and character traits that make a dynamic executive. Participants will engage in learning experiences that show how being consistent in demonstrating confidence and clear leadership in their roles will help propel their career.
Relationship Management
This program is designed to teach participants how to navigate strategic relationships by utilizing social capital and non-positional influence skills for career progression. The program provides a network inventory of professional relationships and a relationship management tool to support you in planning and achieving your ideal professional network.
ERG Leader Onboarding and Coaching
This program is designed to support Employee Resource Group (ERG) Leaders with a clear understanding of how to launch and lead an ERG. Participants will be guided through the process of working with their Executive Sponsor, strategically organizing the group's mission, recruiting membership, and facilitating empowering programs.
ERG Sponsor Onboarding & Coaching
This program is designed to guide senior level executives through the process of effective sponsorship for an Employee Resource Group (ERG). Participants will learn how to:
- Support the leaders and members
- Champion the mission
- Receive consulting services from an S2P Certified Coach
Change Leadership
This program is designed to help participants anticipate, influence, and facilitate change. Participants will learn why change is important and why they’re important in making change happen. S2P's approach to change leadership is comprehensive from articulating the case for change, to stakeholder engagement, to workforce and business readiness.
Change Management
S2P's change management service is designed to ensure all stakeholders who will be affected by the change are engaged at every level. This engagement includes helping them understand the business and personal case for the change, having the opportunity to help shape the change readiness strategy, and have the essential online, on demand, and onsite resources needed to help them champion and adopt the change.
ERG Strategic Planning
This program works with Employee Resource Group (ERG) leaders and Executive Sponsors to build an annual Strategic Plan including strategic initiatives, implementation plans, and impact strategies for ERG roll out.
