Founded in 2012 by Dr. Adam Arroyos, Serve2Perform is a development firm that teaches individuals, teams, and organizations the power of growing their performance through service and social capital. We believe it is our job to integrate ourselves into the day-to-day lives of each of our clients in order to correctly pinpoint the problems that hinder their growth and success.
BUT HOW DID WE GET OUR START?
Growing up in a small town in Texas, Dr. Adam Arroyos’ parents raised all 9 of their kids in service of others. Whether it was serving their church or taking care of the elderly, their days were spent serving their community and creating a space that was comfortable for all to live in. Later in life, Dr. Arroyos realized what his upbringing did for him. When he entered the corporate world, serving others allowed him to form authentic relationships and truly understand the problems those individuals were facing. But more importantly, he learned that through serving others he was able to understand how to help make their lives better.

THUS, DR. ARROYOS CREATED SERVE2PERFORM IN 2012, THE COMMERCIALIZED VERSION OF HIS UPBRINGING, WITH THE INTENTION TO TEACH OTHERS HOW SERVING THOSE AROUND THEM CAN CHANGE THEIR LIVES IN AND OUT OF THE OFFICE.
